| Hi  , This badge could be from anywhere from the Arabic world, which means from Morocco to Iraq, passing by Libya, Syria, even Somalia. My personal feeling would be that this badge would come from Iraq, since the US Army more or less legally came in to fire Sadam Hussein (but that's another problem). I have no clue about the origin. It just come among some other, none from arabic countries, insignias and has been unidentified since.
