Il a existé jusqu'à 4 classes de cet ordre, mais cela dépend des périodes, car il y a 3 réorganisations. Voici un petit listing que j'ai retrouvé de titulaires, comme ont peut le voir ce qui était un ordre unique réservé effectivement à celles qui avaient œuvré pour la défense de la patrie en 1813-14 contre Napoléon dans les hôpitaux avait bien évolué par la suite. Je ne pense pas que la Reine Victoria ait eu une longue carrière d'infirmière prussienne...
