In the last issue of Kepi Blanc magazine (No 709) there was two pictures (propably the same soldier) where a soldier of the Legion Etrangere is wearing cloth NEDEX patch on the sleeve instead of chest.
Is this the new dress regulation or is it just for practical reasons and this soldiers personal choise? Also the blood group indicator seems to be on the sleeve propably because no flak west is worn i.e. for practical reason ?
Are my assumptions right or has there been new regulation in how to wear insignias?
