Is the old habit of French soldiers wearing the insignia of the "mother unit" in the fourragere still in use?

If yes, is it the miniature badge or full size?

The badge of the regiment is focused right on the chest.
Only the insignia of the coy are on the fouragere.

They are standard sizes.

Here is the rule (Instruction 10300) :
"La fourragère peut être portée avec un insigne de corps agrafé dans le cas de la reprise des traditions d’unité dissoute par une unité ou dans le cas de l’attribution à titre individuel de cette décoration. "

A fourragère could be worn with a unit badge in the case of hand over of traditions from a former unit disbanded (and having the fourragère) or in the case of personal award of a fourragère (i.e. the badge of the unit with which the recipient participated to all actions giving the fourragère).

But we currently see Coy badges worn on the fourragère. This use is NOT regular if this Coy has not win itself the fourragère. However, it is a current practice.

At the very beginning, the 'individual-won' fourragère was supposed to wear the number of the unit :
"Dans ce cas, la fourragère portera, sur un coulant placé au-dessus du ferret, le numéro en métal du corps
d'origine." (Circulaire 2156D du 22 février 1918). This use of numbers turn into the unit badge when they appeared.

Are the soldiers still wearing the miniature badge of their mother regiment in their epoulettes?
If not, when this habit disappeared?
