I see many Croix du combattants in Etuis.... but always generic etuis.

Are there and etuis with "Croix du combattant" or the medal itself pictured on the front?

Such presentation boxes may have existed, but I would be surprised. I certainly never came across anything of the kind.

The Croix du Combattant has largely been struck by the Paris Mint, which does not have specific presentation cases, except possibly for national orders and médaille militaire. Such an "étui" would be quite a scarce private issue, if there ever was one.
But this is just one man's opinion.
