Does anyone have any backround information about Ordre National du 27 juin 1977 of Djibouti?
Who is manufacturing it?
Is it wery common among French soldiers that have served in Djibouti?

the order of 27 June and given to some high officer rand (general to colonel and the major part). I have my former section chief who do stay are the first beginning in 1970 and who are finished 5th stays 2 years in 1995 as captain, who has not obtained then who had performed more than 10 years in that territory.

You can see the number of cross which was given to french "officier" and "sous-officier" one time in the year for the Independance Day.

This medal was given only for "service rendu" for djibouty army or for the state of Djibouti.

Concerning NCO, it is not common. There is only 1 or 2 NCO which can receive each year the 27 juin médal.
The officers are general officers, colonel , major, and rarely captain or lieutenant.

Also 25 % are military doctors.
