| Bonjour a tous , Can someone explain to me what are those insignias with text Editions Atlas at the back? Are they fakes, refrappes or are they manufactured specially for this company? What is their status among collectors? Cordialement, Harri . |

| Hello,
A few years ago, these Editions ATLAS published , every 2 weeks, a range of small documents....each of them was dedicated to a French regiment, and they attached the badge of the regiment with the document
Happily, and this is a good point for us, each badge of this range was indicated as "made for" the Editions ATLAS...
So they are not fake, they have just been made especially for this occasion, and the manufacturer was Arthus Bertrand
Sorry for this bad English explanation.....
And best regards Dark Vador _________________

| Hi Harry Dark Vador is completely right. I would just add that these badges are currently neglected by collectors because they are not 'pure' ones, let's say... But they are well made. However, nobody could say what value could have these badges in the future. Yours Bison |

| Thank you Bison for answer . That is the reason why I asked about their status, as I felt some strange attitude towards them among French collectors, just didnt know why. Cordialement, Harri. |

| Hy HARRI,
I'm just discovering this post, and I'm pleased to give you some "information" :
Three months ago I saw someone sending this kind of badges for 0,50 € each, Few days ago I read on the web that a seller presenting some of them for ... 5€ each !!
Knowing that each publication (including the badge) cost less than 5€ ....
I suppose we can say "it is collectionned" !!
Yours
LCD
PS : excuse my poor language. |

| Merci LCD for further information. As Bison so cleverly assumed, the value and collactability of these insignias will be seen in the future. So the price is already going upwards. No problem with the language, English is not first language for me either. Cordialement, Harri. |
