POSTING ON THE FORUM

POST A TOPIC
In the proper subforum (where you see the titles of the topics), click on the "Nouveau sujet" (new topic) button, type in the title and then type in your text… don't forget to hit the "Envoyer" button when you're done.

INSERTING PICTURES
Pictures in your posts on this forum need to be hosted elsewhere – this forum does not host them itself.
One such free hosting site is http://imageshack.us/ but there are others available. Just follow the instructions on those sites as to how to have your picture(s) hosted there and then click on the insert image button on top of your forum's post (3rd one from the right, if you let your cursor hover over it, it will read "héberger un image").
Note : please limit the size of your pictures so as to avoid members having to scroll to see the entire image.
If you are using Imageshack, it’s a good idea to choose the option "640x480 for message boards" in the "Resize image"options and, once hosted, copy the link described as "Direct link to image".

HOW TO SEND A PERSONAL MESSAGE TO A FORUM MEMBER
Click on the "Messagerie" button on top of any page … hit the "Nouveau sujet" button (top left).
A form appears where you can :

1. fill in the member’s pseudo (or look it up ... you can type in the first characters and add an * if you aren't sure of the complete pseudo)
   
2. type in the subject of your messsage
   
3. type your message
   

Click the Preview (Prévisualisation) or Send (Envoyer) button.
